Captain Kraken was so tired of getting his butt kicked by Direwolf and Cold Iron. For some stupid reason, he thought that Freedom Force would be weaker. So he formulated his plan carefully.

"Alright, step one. kidnap Liberty Lad. put him somewhere where his friends won't be able to see or hear him"

"Step two, cause a major traffic accident, to distract the strongest of them."

"Step three, hijack an airplane filled to the brim with carp and salmon. Use the load to immobilize Man-bot."

"Step four, attack El Diablo with some liquid nitrogen. That should cancel his powers for a short time."

Kraken was very pleased with his plan. Yet he was so tired. He decided to leave the plan in the not so capable hands of his henchmen. Once the Captain had passed the buck, he fell asleep to unsettling dreams of Alchemiss revealing herself to be his mother.
